The colonial zone is a historic central neighborhood of an European established settlement in the Americas in the 1500s. It has been declared a World Heritage Site by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.

The subject property can be of mixed use which includes Handicraft Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Money Exchange House, and offices. It is comprised of a spa on the basement floor, hotel reception, restaurant and bar on the first floor, forty one (41) hotel rooms located on the second and third floor with the possibility of adding more rooms on the floors above, for a total of 6 floors and 1 basement. The property has a beautiful view from the top-floors of the Caribbean Sea and several monuments of the Old Colonial City. Basement

Corresponds to the recreational and social area of the hotel. Level 1

There are two steps above the sidewalk level.
